Gourmet coffee shops are springing up everywhere, now the JavaBus offers a unique way to capitalize on a new, exciting food service business. The JavaBus is a quality coffee shop on wheels; and not just any wheels, a converted 1979 Volkswagen Bay Window Bus. We bring premium espresso coffee and other treats to places those high street coffee shops cannot reach! – Business districts, retail parks, industrial estates, out-of-town offices, indoor or outdoor functions and shows!
This is great for festivals, fairs, parties, concerts, sporting events, and thousands of more places! Even right to the beach to serve a variety of premium coffees in all shapes, sizes and flavors, as well as tea, smoothies, juices, hot chocolate, mouth watering cookies, muffins and cakes, salads, sandwiches, hot foods and more direct to your customers. It has been called the “ice-cream truck for adults”.
This Volkswagen Concept is a fully self contained coffee shop on wheels. Custom built, it comes fully equipped with commercial espresso machine, commercial dosing grinder, fridge/freezer, stand alone freezer, commercial programmable blender, hot water heater and cash register. This bus is fully wired for 120v
The slammed suspension featuring an Airkewld airbag suspension allowing it to cruise effortlessly at normal height and then can scrape the show grounds at will. With 15″ inch Porsche “Gasburner” rims and Potenza Advan tires, JavaBus runs like a go cart. The fully adjustable suspension offers a much more comfortable ride as well. It just does away with the antiquated torsion bars of the stock VW Bus. Mocha Cappuccino paint is used everywhere. From the body, interior, suspension, to the engine tin, everything is sprayed in this delicious hue.
JavaBus boasts VW’s Type4 “pancake” engine. The Type 4 engine is considered by many to be VW’s finest air-cooled motor, more powerful than the bug motor with no sacrifice in reliability or gas mileage. Displacement was increased to 2400cc, fuel injection and a larger clutch were fitted and it has hydraulic lifters, eliminating the need for valve adjustments.
The unique coffee house on wheels conversion is accentuated with opening side panels. At a push of a button, the top panel opens up to reveal the cappuccino machine, blender, sink, cash register and menu. The middle panel folds down to extend and serve as a tabletop extension and allows you to offer gourmet coffee, smoothies, baked goods and more The lower panel folds down to reveal the glass pastry display and provide customers with a comfortable seating area.
